The skirt plate stacks nine layers of stiff tulle, with a built-in petticoat underneath to keep the shape. Non-stretch tie closures at the hips adjust how the plate sits. Size selection relies on height and hip figures, while the waist area stays highly forgiving. The tulle layers are dyed in a solid pink finish on this variant.
